Currently… well not currently since my server is down, but was using LinuxMCE to control X10 devices.
My endgoal would be to have home automation to control all my lights and TVs and garage and locks. Also to have surveillance cams on the outside of the house, which would be accessible to me via the internet. Paranoid? nah, just would love to use tech.
I cant wait to see what Google brings to the table with Android@Home. I cant seem to find any official landing page from google, but if you do a google search you can see some other sites such as http://www.androidathome.com/
